The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is here to help you get the most out of local health and social care services. We can also help you, your family or carers if you have a concern or complaint to make about services provided by Torbay Care Trust.
In Torbay Care Trust, the front line of PALS is provided by our Customer Service Centre Advisers, who give immediate first line guidance, advice, information and signposting to services.
If your concern is sensitive or complex, requires more specialist help or in-depth information, the CSC Advisers will suggest that the PALS Adviser speaks with you to discuss your concerns in more detail.
Talking to PALS is confidential and your concerns will not be passed on without your agreement.
