Choosing to stop smoking is one of the most worthwhile decisions you’ll ever make – it’s not easy but help is at hand.  The Stop Smoking Team provide 1-2-1 and group support to help people to quit smoking for good.  The team hold sessions in Paignton and Brixham as well as at our Stop Smoking Shop ‘Health Wize’ in Union Street, Torquay (opposite Argos) where you can just pop in for friendly help and advice.

·  Access to stop smoking medication on prescription 
·  Free accurate advice through 1 to 1 appointments, group support, telephone, text and e-mail support 
·  Carbon monoxide monitoring
·  Up to 12 weeks support from a specialist adviser 
·    Specialist Advisers in pregnancy, young persons, mental health and secondary care.
